Capture the night, ready for social.

Cerby is hosting an invite-only evening around SailPoint Navigate: a party bus to Brisket U, a hands-on Texas BBQ experience, with a guest list of security leaders. We capture the whole arc and turn it into a short, social-first recap video that shows Cerby throws events worth showing up to. Local Austin crew, so scheduling is simple and there are no travel costs.

04 / Timeline and terms

Pre-production: Planning call late September. Run-of-show, a question bank, shot list.
Shoot day: Monday, October 5, 2026. Evening coverage in Austin, ~2-3 hour window.
Delivery of Assets:
- Edited photo gallery: within 2-4 business days.
- Raw footage: within 3-5 business days.
- Recap video (first cut): within 3-5 business days.
- Short social videos: rolling delivery after the recap.
Revisions: 3 revision rounds per asset. Revisions may add 1-2 business days per round.
Payment: 50% to confirm the shoot date. 50% on final delivery of assets (Net 15).
Travel: Local Austin crew. No travel or lodging charges.

If the night runs hot

We do not cap filming inside the window. If you want more finished assets from the same footage, add them any time.
